How to Store Folinic Acid Powder

Simple storage habits that help keep a powdered supplement dry, sealed, and easy to measure.

Powdered supplements are easiest to use when they stay dry, free-flowing, and protected from heat and moisture. KIVELIX keeps its storage directions simple: store in a cool, dry place, keep the pouch tightly sealed, and keep the scoop dry.

Keep the pouch closed between uses

Open the pouch only long enough to remove the serving you need, then reseal it. An open pouch is more exposed to humidity, spills, airborne kitchen debris, and accidental contact.

Keep moisture out

Do not put a wet spoon or damp scoop into the pouch. If you use the product near a sink or while preparing a smoothie, make a habit of drying your hands before handling the scoop or zipper seal.

Bathrooms and areas immediately beside a stove, dishwasher, kettle, or other frequent source of steam are not ideal storage locations.

Choose a cool, dry cabinet

A closed pantry or cabinet away from direct sunlight, heat-producing appliances, and moisture is generally more suitable than a windowsill or countertop beside the stove.

Follow the storage language on the package rather than assuming refrigeration or freezing is better. Moving a powder repeatedly between cold storage and a warm, humid room can create condensation around the package.

Keep the product out of reach of children

Like other dietary supplements, KIVELIX should be stored where children cannot access it. The scoop is intentionally small, so keep both pouch and scoop secured.

What about mixed servings?

KIVELIX directions say to consume the product promptly after mixing. The powder does not fully dissolve in plain water, and the directions advise avoiding hot foods, hot liquids, or heating.

For simplicity, measure and mix the serving when you are ready to consume it instead of preparing a large batch for later use.

When should you stop using the pouch?
